How long does shipping take within the UK?
We offer standard delivery within 3-5 working days. Next-day delivery options are available for orders placed before 1pm Monday through Thursday.
What is your return policy for hot tubs?
You can return your unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that hygiene seals must remain intact for a full refund.
Do Lay-Z-Spa products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our hot tubs come with a standard 12-month warranty on the pump and a 6-month warranty on the liner, which can be extended by registering your product online.
Can I use my Lay-Z-Spa outdoors during the winter?
Our latest models feature Freeze Shield™ technology, allowing you to use your spa year-round by preventing the water from freezing and damaging the pump.
What payment methods do you accept?

How often should I change the filter cartridge?
